Ashley Sims from C.E. Byrd and Courtney Shows from Captain Shreve successfully passed the ServSafe certification exam. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection. Sanitation certification is required by most restaurants as a basic credential for their management staff. This is a very difficult test, which is rarely passed by students who are not currently employed full-time in the food industry. We are so proud of both Ashley and Courtney!IMG_0302IMG_0301
