The culinary department at Caddo Career & Technology Center has made a wonderful treat to share.

Take a look at this beautiful crepe!

Your brunch will be a hit with this recipe.



  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1  1/3 C milk
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1  C flour (all purpose)
  • 2 T sugar (white)
  • 1/2 t salt


Whisk together the eggs, milk, and butter.

Add dry ingredients (flour, salt, and sugar) and whisk until smooth. (no lumps)

Heat a skillet over medium high heat.  Grease skillet with butter or oil.  Spoon crepe mixture onto hot skillet.  Rotate and tilt the pan to ensure a thin even layer.

Cook 1-2 minutes on each side until crepe reaches a golden brown color.


Roll crepe with fresh berries inside.

Top with freshly made whipped cream

Garnish with sliced fruit and powdered sugar. (gently sift the powder sugar)

*Variations  Try serving the crepe with warm chocolate sauce or Nutella
