A celebration for Caddo Parish Public Schools students choosing to pursue the field of education. These seniors have completed our Teaching Profession course. This allows them to gain insight into teaching while studying child development theory, the foundation of education and different learning styles.
“Every teacher is proud of their students but it’s a special case when they come into an elective and grow a passion,” said Laci Stokes, Teaching Professions Instructor at Caddo Career and Technology Center.
These students were joined by representatives from their colleges of choice: LSU Shreveport, University of Louisiana Monroe, and Northwestern State University.
