Welcome CCTC Seniors!

Before beginning to fill out the application below, complete this checklist: It is encouraged to create a Google Drive folder and keep these documents in that folder. Some items have links to suggested, but not required templates.

  • Letter of Introduction (pdf) (Up to 2 pages)
  • Resume (pdf) (1 page only)
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation (pdf) (Not a family member) (You will be disqualified from the scholarship process for a recommendation from a relative.)
  • A list of all school, club, civic, church, sports activities and honors since 9th grade you have participated in.
  • Certifications, Awards, and Participation Letters (pdf) (9th grade – 12th grade)
  • An examples of work document (pdf) (Up to 20 pages)
  • Demonstration video if applicable. (Up to 1 minute long) (Optional)
  • Any college or program acceptance letters if applicable. (Optional)

All parts of the application must be filled out at one time.
