National Technical Honor Society

Success Favors the Prepared Mind

The National Technical Honor Society recognizes students for outstanding student achievement in career and technical education. Membership is by teacher recommendation as the student exhibits these seven attributes: skill, honesty, service, responsibility, scholarship, citizenship, and leadership. Students must also have a 3.0 overall gpa and a 3.0 in their career class, no discipline record, no more than two (2) unexcused tardies and no more than two (2) unexcused absences. Our school chapter completes several service projects a year for the school and the community.

• Recycle ink/toner cartridges
• Collecting old phone books to be recycled
• Campus beautification / signage
• Teacher Appreciation Week
